New BrandSwap Feature: Share Reward to WhatsApp

New message: BrandSwap's 'share to WhatsApp' feature is live.

We all know customers like choice when shopping. What do they buy? When does it arrive? Do they pay now or later? Now, they have another option for storing and sharing rewards they receive throughout their journey.

 

As you might know, BrandSwap works with eCommerce retailers to unlock new streams of revenue by enabling them to share rewards from brand partners.

  

Our new feature means retailers can now give their customers the option of storing or sharing those rewards via WhatsApp or email.  

 

It’s very simple to explain and even easier to get live.  

 

Suggested user journey 

 

Before this week, if a customer saw a reward post-purchase, they could provide their email address and have it sent straight to their account.  

 

Now, they can also share it through WhatsApp at the click of a button.

 

It’s understandable that customers lose track of all the different offers and rewards they see on an eCommerce site. We expect the WhatsApp feature to improve reward redemption, as customers can store their rewards in another convenient place. 

 

It will also open up a second audience through referrals. When customers select the WhatsApp icon, they can click additional contacts to receive the reward, as well as themselves.  

 

Sharing rewards on WhatsApp could not be easier to set up. If you already use one of our pre or post-purchase solutions, simply ask our team to add it.
